Somewhere in our busyness we lost a thread, the one to our innate connection to the world. We’ve forgotten our interwoven relationship with the living world. But it hasn’t disappeared and it was never lost, only forgotten. This is not about learning something new, it is about remembering what you have always known — that the living world has always been your home. The ground beneath our feet for hundreds of thousands of years, long before modern life pulled us indoors, online, and into the relentless pace of days that leave little room to breathe, let alone to notice.
My work creates space for that remembering. Whether you come with a specific need or simply a quiet longing for something more real, nature is already waiting. Very simply put, I offer you a relational experience with nature.
Nature is not a place to visit, it is home.
What to expect
All sessions take place outdoors as much as possible. I facilitate individual and group sessions that blend restorative time in nature with deeper therapeutic and imaginal work — from gentle, grounded presence that helps you step out of your busy head, through to inward exploration of what’s weighing on you, and into Jungian-inspired depth work with dreams, myth and imagination. Together we move at whatever pace you prefer. From simple restoration to profound transformation, my work is always in relation with the living world.
Most importantly, what I offer is an embodied experience, often led by what arises in you and what’s present on the land around you. The natural world is not a backdrop, it is an active presence, a teacher, an intelligence by our side.
Services I offer
✺ 1:1 Nature connectedness
Ground · Rest · Restore
Gentle, restorative time in nature. For those who need a pause from the day to day, for those who need a space to exhale and to be gently grounded into presence, helping you to step out of your busy head. NatureWell© sessions are grounded in the science of nature connectedness and offer a soft, supported return to the living world. The emphasis is on stepping out – out of the boxes we call home or work, out of our ‘walking heads’, out of the daily demands and pressure life puts on us. We begin to notice what’s present in the landscape and the restorative effect it has on us.
I don’t offer knowledge-based activities, nor do I teach facts about species or identify birds, or facilitate ‘observing nature to study or record it’. Although they all have their rightful place, research has found that these activities don’t actually build a person’s connection to nature. What does work is noticing nature with the senses, finding it beautiful, giving it personal meaning, feeling something for it, and extending it some care. In a controlled study conducted by the university of Derby, activities built around those five things significantly increased people’s connection to nature compared with just going for a walk. (It’s also the very reason this works better as something you take part in than something you read about.). In essence, what I facilitate is a relational experience with nature.
The bigger picture is that it’s not just about wellbeing. Nature connection is what quietly turns concern into action. Research consistently shows that people who regularly practice nature connection are far more likely to actually do something for the wildlife and climate crisis, not just worry about it. Reconnecting isn’t only good for people, it benefits our environment too. If people don’t care, nature will continue to be subjected to ecocide. My job is to make sure people care.
✺ 1:1 Ecotherapy
Reflect · Process · Uncover • Heal • Wholeness
Natural Self Eco Therapy (NSET) is a trauma-informed, relational approach that integrates ecopsychological support and therapeutic depth with guided and supportive experiences in nature. Not just your average ‘walk and talk’, this is therapeutic work with you, me and nature – our triad. We are going inwards and explore what’s present for you, what struggles might present themselves, what’s weighing you down or holding you back. For those ready to explore what lies beneath, for those who want to grow and heal, which is to say: not fixing people, not forcing change but creating the conditions where flourishing becomes possible again.
✺ 1:1 Eco Depth Session
Soul · Emergence · Depth · Transformation
This is where we enter Jungian territory. Soul work, meeting our own genius, as a guide in our story here on earth. We explore the world as animistic and alive, full of metaphor, bringing curiosity towards what meaning might emerge for you. We’re working with your mythopoetic identity, a term coined by Dr Plotkin. We all have a wild side and this is where we tread in unknown territories, expecting unknown things to emerge to help us on our journey. We might explore dreams, lean into our imagination, creativity, movement, poetry,… We explore a place where your psyche and nature converse.
✺ 1:1 TRANSITION THROUGH A LIFE STAGE
Sometimes we just need that extra bit of support as we transition through a new life stage. Whether you’re navigating a personal transition, grief, a quiet unravelling or are becoming an elder (and what it means in modern society), I tailor our session to your needs.
✺ GROUP WORKSHOPS | Community and belonging
Group sessions, cultivating a sense of community and belonging. We make space to slow down, connect to nature and each other. Check here for updates on what I offer this season.

✺ WOMEN’S GATHERING | community and belonging
As I began running the nature-centred women’s gatherings I came to realise more than anything women needed a place to pause, which inspired me to call it ‘The Natural Pause’ – time for you, to pause, relax, reflect and connect to the current season we’re in, and come away with a renewed sense of wellbeing as well as a sense of community and belonging. We meet about 8 times a year, aligned with the Celtic wheel of the year.
✺ NATURAL BABY SHOWER | ceremony
In mainstream society we have lost the art of ceremony. I create something unique to honour you especially, mama-to-be, and to welcome your baby into our world. A unique experience for friends and family, and nature-centred of course.
✺ TEAM BUILDING | corporate
